How do I get a quote for my project?
You can get a quote by filling in the contact form above, sending us a WhatsApp message, or using the Order Services calculator button on our website. We aim to respond to all quote requests within a few hours.
How long does a typical project take?
Turnaround times vary by project type. Simple graphic design or printing jobs can be completed within 24–48 hours. Website development, documentary production, and large publishing projects may take 1–4 weeks. We always discuss timelines upfront and honour deadlines.
Do you work with organizations outside Accra?
Yes. We work with clients across all regions of Ghana and internationally (including clients in Canada and other countries). Digital files are delivered via email or WhatsApp. Physical print deliveries can be arranged via courier to any region.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MTN Mobile Money (MoMo) — send to 0243266013 (Atech Multimedia). We also accept bank transfers. A 70% deposit is required to begin most projects, with the 30% balance paid on delivery.
Can you handle urgent or last-minute projects?
Yes, we handle rush jobs whenever our schedule permits. Please reach out via WhatsApp for the fastest response. Note that urgent turnaround may attract a small express fee depending on the complexity of the project.
Do you offer delivery for printed materials?
Yes. We offer delivery within Accra and Greater Accra via Errandground, Bolt, Uber, or our own arrangements. For other regions, we use OA Travel, VIP, or standard courier services. Delivery costs depend on location and are calculated at checkout.
What file formats do you deliver design work in?
We deliver designs in PDF, JPEG, PNG, and print-ready formats. Source files (AI, PSD, CorelDRAW) can be provided on request, usually for an additional fee. We also supply web-optimised versions for digital use.
Do you offer training for individuals or teams?
Yes. We run training sessions in graphic design, ICT skills, cybersecurity, and multimedia production for both individuals and corporate teams. Sessions can be held at our office or at your location. Contact us to discuss dates and curriculum.
