4. WhatsApp Communications

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. We use WhatsApp solely to respond to customer enquiries and share order updates.

5. AI Chat (Ama)

Our website includes an AI chat assistant ("Ama") powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When you use the chat:

  • Your messages are sent to our secure proxy server and then to Anthropic's API
  • Conversation history is stored in your browser session only and is not permanently retained by us
  • Anthropic's Privacy Policy applies to API data handling
